Water has become the most valuable thing on the planet, and whomever controls the water shall rule the world. Enter Captain Kuppa and his robot partner Drum, as they face off against the nefarious businessman, Bibimap, who is attemptting to horde all of the water he can find to sell at a premium. Will they be able to stop him, and what kind of friends and foes will they meet along the way?
