She appeared in Pankaj Udhas's 1997 music video "Aur Aahista" before making her feature film debut opposite Sohail Khan in the Hindi romantic action film *Maine Dil Tujhko Diya* (2002). Her Hindi film credits include Ram Gopal Varma's anthology *Darna Mana Hai* (2003), Sanjay Gupta's action thriller *Musafir* (2004), the comedy *Taxi No. 9211* (2006), the thriller *Race* (2008), the comedy *De Dana Dan* (2009), and the action thriller *Tezz* (2012). Reddy made her Tamil film debut as Meghna in Gautham Vasudev Menon's romantic drama *Vaaranam Aayiram* (2008), opposite Suriya. She later appeared in the psychological thriller *Nadunisi Naaygal* (2011) and the action film *Vettai* (2012). Her Telugu film credits include *Narasimhudu* (2005), *Jai Chiranjeeva* (2005), alongside Chiranjeevi, and *Ashok* (2006), with Jr. NTR. After taking a break from mainstream acting, Reddy became a digital content creator and advocate for body positivity. She later returned to acting in the horror-thriller *Chimni* (2025), followed by the Hindi drama *Aakhri Sawal* (2026), in which she starred alongside Sanjay Dutt. She also appeared in the Anees Bazmee thriller *Naam* (2024).
