He is known for his role as Budd in the 1981 horror film Halloween II and as Turkell from the 1990 horror sequel Maniac Cop 2. His other films include Heart Like a Wheel (1983), River's Edge (1986), The Accused (1988), Relentless (1989) and Analyze This (1999). Rossi starred on the 1980s short-lived TV series Partners in Crime and appeared in made-for-TV movies.
