He is the eldest child of charity directors, Mark and Christina Lewis, and the older brother of Kate Lewis - an equestrian and influencer. While attending Scarborough College, Cammish gained recognition as both a singer-songwriter (headlining local festivals and supporting various touring bands, such as McFly and The Vamps) and a competitive dancer (earning titles in Latin & Ballroom, Contemporary and Freestyle). In 2018, he graduated from The University of Warwick with a First Class (Hons) degree in Film & Television Studies, specializing in queer animation, and relocated to Birmingham.
