In 1981, he starred in the film Mathe Paid Mou Grammatas, for which he won the Best Supporting Actor award at the Thessaloniki Film Festival. Also, for his leading role in the award-winning film Loofah and Variation (1984), he won the Best Supporting Actor award at the Thessaloniki Film Festival.
