Through his company Slaughterhouse Films, Cerrito has directed and produced films including Human Hibachi, Human Hibachi 2: Feast in the Forest, Human Hibachi: The Beginning, and Human Hibachi 3: The Last Supper, helping establish the series as a modern underground cult phenomenon in extreme horror cinema. Known for blending graphic practical effects with faux-documentary realism, Cerrito’s work has gained a loyal following within the indie horror community and screened at numerous genre festivals, including the the Unnamed Footage Festival, New Jersey Horror Con and the Recovered Reels Fest.
