Thompson then crossed over into Pokémon the Series: XY, where he gained the notable roles of Ash's Froakie, Frogadier, and Greninja; as well as Squishy, Z2, and Clemont's Luxray. Most recently, Thompson voiced the Team Skull Grunt Tupp during Pokémon the Series: Sun & Moon.
