Teige is the third year in dance line by Edvard Munch high school in Oslo. In Autumn 2015 she became famous when she played the lead role in season 1 of NRK dramas Shame as the character Eva Kviig Mohn. The series is about young people who attend Hartvig Nissen School in Oslo. She is the granddaughter of former NRK presenter Egil Teige.
