Weaving achieved wider recognition as a scream queen, starring in the comedy-horror films Ready or Not (2019) and its sequel, Ready or Not 2: Here I Come (2026). She also starred in the horror films Mayhem (2017), The Babysitter (2017), The Babysitter: Killer Queen (2020), and Scream VI (2023); the comedy films Bill & Ted Face the Music (2020) and The Valet (2022); and the thriller films Carolina Caroline (2025) and Over Your Dead Body (2026).
