She was enrolled in the Department of Finance and Banking at Kainan University. During her fourth year, to balance her studies and acting career, she transferred to the third year of the Finance and Banking Department at Hsing Wu University of Science and Technology but later took a leave of absence to focus on her career. She has mentioned that she was one of Taiwan's earliest test-tube babies. She married actor George Hu in the United States in July 2023.
