Lee Ji-hoon

cumpleaños: 1979-03-27 | lugar de nacimiento: Songpa-gu, Seoul, South Korea

Lee Ji-hoon (이지훈) is a South Korean singer and television, film, and musical theater actor.  He is a member of the vocal group, S. He was cast in 1994 while in middle school and trained for two years before debuting as a singer in 1996 with his first album Rhythm Paradise. The title track Why the Sky quickly rose to the top of music charts, earning him the nickname "Prince of Ballads" and establishing him as one of the most popular teen stars of the late 1990s. Although he also pursued dance music, his career took a dramatic turn when he suffered an injury during a live performance of Goodbye Love. The accident required surgery and forced him to abandon dance activities altogether. This incident marked a turning point, leading him to focus more on acting and later on musical theatre. During the 2000s, as the music industry faced decline, he expanded into acting and variety shows, gaining recognition as a versatile entertainer. He continued to release albums, including the hit duet Doll with Shin Hye‑sung in 2001, and later joined Kangta and Shin Hye‑sung in the project group S, achieving success with I Swear. From 2006 onwards, Lee Ji‑hoon built a strong career in musical theatre, appearing in productions such as Wicked, Elisabeth, Hamlet, and Hero. Note: He should not be confused with the homonymous actor Lee Ji‑hoon (이지훈), also born on March 27, 1979.
