He has since starred in numerous popular dramas, including The Return of the Condor Heroes (2006), Shanghai Bund (2007), and Winter Begonia (2020). In addition to his television work, Huang has appeared in films such as American Dreams in China (2013) and The Last Tycoon (2012). He is also known for his musical talent, having released Mandopop albums. Huang was married to actress Angelababy from 2015 to 2022, and they have one child together.
