The cover art is based on the sleeve of the documentary The Decline of Western Civilization which is about the Los Angeles punk rock scene in the early eighties. Members of the band and their entourage reanacted the pictures on that sleeve (f.e. Fat Mike poses as Germs singer Darby Crash)
