Tili, as general manager of the Ocean Angels Forest, has turned the forest into a resort and succeeded in attracting tourists. However, a crack in the ice damages the penguins' homes and causes disputes among the forest community. Meanwhile, Tili, who has been ostracized by all the groups, has met a mysterious person whose existence is unknown to anyone on Earth. This duo will learn a lot from each other and embark on a long journey to rebuild the penguin city and the forest.
